Another Horn African fronts L'Oréal

Ethiopian supermodel Liya Kebede was the first black women to front Estee Lauder since then she has been replaced. Liya was Vidal Sasson hair and faceLiya KebedeLiya Kebede
But now the she has been named as the one of new faces that will join L'Oréal.Liya will join fellow Horn of African. 
Somali model and former Revlon face Yasmin Warsame
In 2009 Liya played her first lead role in Desert Floweran adaptation of Waris Dirie's bestselling autobiography of the same name.
Somalia model Waris Dirie of course one of the first ''coloured models'' to front L'Oréal.  Waris was also one of faces of Revlon in the 90's

Ethiopian born Somalian model Kadra Ahmed Omar also fronted  Feria and Elvive for L'OréalKadra Ahmed
Horn African models aren't the only black models who have fronted Lo'real.

  1. on the second vidal sasson picture liya looks like an alien. good to know horn of african models lead the way when comes to fronting campaigns, iman was the first black women to get million dollar deal with revlon and waris was the first black women to get deal with oil of olay and loreal. liya was the first at este lauder. good to know out girls are breaking deals.
